    What kind of descent hotel has strings of murders, suicides a lobby that is a business ground for hookers, pimps, and drug dealers, bed bugs, lice, mice, roaches, and who knows what else. Here in America, tihs is NOT acceptable.

    If you want stay again in Carter Hotel, do it, and be happy.

    But don’t do reviews again. Your review, are more bad than this hotel.

    I’ve stayed at some …
    I’ve stayed at some awful hotels here in Europe, with Hotel Kabul in Amsterdam being the absolute worst. Price and location concidered, Carter looks ok to me. I’d use spray to clean the room if necessary, and I would bring my own towels and sheets. People even complain about people having died there, well it’s an 80 years old hotel with 800 rooms, what do you expect?

    I would rather …
    I would rather sleep in my car than bunk down in that dirty hole. I’ve read a few articles about this “hotel”, and I itched and scratched the whole time I was reading. This place is a disgrace to the city of New York. Rats. Bed bugs. Roaches. Dirty rooms. Scummy bathrooms. Vile odors. Ancient (beat up) furniture. Phones and televisions that barely work. A tiny bar of soap if you are lucky. Sounds like fun. If I had to settle for this, I would stay home.

    The owners are dirty buggers!!!
