i need to rent a boat… HELP!!?

okay, so i am turning 13 and i want to rental a boat for my birthday party. i want it to be along the hudson river or anywhere near new jeresey or newyork. i am inviting 5-10 people. and it NEEDS to be affordable, as in, i would like to spend under 500 $. and i plan on renting it for 1-2 hours, it depends on cost. thank you soooo much! i have been googling for hours and i have hd no luck, so i really appreciate it. THANK YOU!!! =)

Your 13 and you want to rent a boat. Seems a little crazy. However, if you need rent help with anything i have a pretty decent source for you to check out. Either way, it’s probably not a good idea for a 13 year old to rent a boat.

    Motor boats and spped boats are like buying a car.

    Look in the yellow pages and call them up.

    When you realize it’s just too much….
    Go for a ferry ride….Doesn’t NY or NJ have a ferry Boat ?
    The boats are bigger and you won’t worry about losing someone in the drink. Otherwise ask mom and dad for help.

    Nobody is going to rent a boat to a bunch of 13 year olds. Is there going to be an adult there to rent it?

    You will need a parent or legal guardian because of your ages. If it doesn’t work out there are 3 good day rides on "tour" boats, which can be a bit like party boats, a little. I used to go on these occasionally when I was growing up in that area.

    1) Day Liner, an all day trip up the Hudson River to West Point.
    2) Circle Line, only a few hours. Goes around Manhattan and narration is available.
    3) The Green Monster. Basically a PT boat that wails around Manhattan in only an hour or two. Potentially the wettest.

    I’m not sure what the schedules are anymore, or the fare, but look them up online.
