Just like the market crash of 2008, nobody expects it to be like that. Thus, being an average member of the community, I must always be prepared for the worst. I must be wise and practical. In order to do so, I must learn how to invest and I must learn how to be very thrift.
A good example of being thrifty is not spending too much on those things that you know that won’t last. Just like what I have experienced with my child. He wants a bike, but I know that it is expensive and I know that he’ll only use it for a couple of years. Thus, I opt to look around finding bikes for sale and searching for good buys. It is cheap and I know I’ll have more savings for other things that is very essential.
