A Sight To See
March 8th, 2010 | by admin |Where I live it has been very cold the last few months so when the sun does peek out from beyond the clouds, we are all very excited. Well, yesterday it happened. The sky was blue and the sun was beaming down. So much so that I asked the kids if they wanted to go outside. The answer was of course yes and you should have seen them bolt out the door. My son with a banana in one hand and a badminton racket in the other. It was truly a sight to see. With all of that running around, those children will never need a diet plan like Medifast.
