I am looking for a reasonably priced hotel in London, preferably around a tube or somewhere historic that won't break the bank! Also, anything "out of the ordinary" hotel would be great if anyone knows of any! Thanks!

I am planning a trip to the US. If I decide to book both my hotels and flights on Orbitz or expedia, is it cheaper to do it together, as compared to booking flights and then booking hotels?
In my experience, it is usually cheaper, definitely.
