What brand of soap do hotels and apartelles use in cleaning the bathroom and toilet? How sure are we that the hotel is sanitized and free from bacteria?

Im supposed to live in a 2 star hotel next week for my orchestra trip, and ive heard rumors that they are dead bugs on the couches. What exactly is the significant difference between a 4 star hotel and a 2 star hotel?
